How long until my order arrives?

Every item is made to order — production takes 2–7 business days, then it ships with tracking. You'll get the tracking number by email as soon as it leaves the facility. Digital items (singles, wallpaper pack) are instant download right after checkout.

What exactly am I getting?

Tees are Gildan 5000 heavy cotton, hoodies are Gildan 18500 heavyweight fleece, jackets are AWDIS JH043 letterman (Jet Black / Arctic White), backpacks are dye-sublimated with the artwork infused into the fabric. Every design is tied to a song from The Loadout — the product page tells you which one.

What if my size doesn't fit?

Check the size guide next to the size picker before ordering — most people take their normal size in tees and hoodies. Made-to-order items are final sale, so the guide is your best friend.

What's your return policy?

Made-to-order items are final sale, except when your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong — then we replace it or refund you. Contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue.

I bought a digital download and didn't get it.

Check your spam folder first — the download link is emailed automatically right after checkout. Still nothing after a few minutes? Contact us with your order number and we'll resend it.
