Production time: 2–7 business days before your order ships.

Shipping: We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Where shown, taxes and duties are included in the checkout total — no surprise charges on delivery.

Tracking: You'll get an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Delays: Production or carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays. If your order is taking longer than expected, email us at tightrope115@gmail.com and we'll look into it.
